How Green Therapeutics handles information collected through this website. Plain English, no dark patterns.

What we collect

Form submissions. When you submit a form on this site (Toll Processing intake, Contact, or any other), we collect the fields you provide — typically name, email, phone, license number, message — plus the submission timestamp and your IP address. Used to respond to your inquiry. Stored in our WordPress database; retained until the conversation is concluded plus a reasonable archival period, after which it is deleted on request.

Age verification. A cookie records that you confirmed you are 21 or older. This is a functional cookie that does not track you across sites.

Server logs. Standard web-server access logs record IP address, page requested, timestamp, user-agent, and referrer. Used for security and operational diagnostics. Rotated and discarded routinely.

Third parties

Google Fonts. The site loads typefaces from fonts.googleapis.com. Google may receive your IP address as part of this request. We use Google Fonts strictly for typography rendering.

Apex Trading (wholesale menu). The “Menu” link in our header routes to app.apextrading.com — a third-party wholesale marketplace. Their privacy practices apply when you visit that site; we do not control what they collect.

No advertising trackers. We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other behavioral ad trackers on this site.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, request that it be corrected, or request that it be deleted. Email us through the contact page. We respond within 30 days.

Nevada-specific cannabis-compliance records (license-related identifiers, regulatory documentation) may be retained where required by the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board, regardless of a deletion request.
