Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of gtnevada.com and any related pages, content, forms, and events (collectively, the “Site”) operated by Green Therapeutics (“Green Therapeutics,” “GT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, or by submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility — 21+ Only

The Site is intended only for adults 21 years of age or older. By using the Site or submitting any form, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. We may restrict or terminate access if we believe this requirement is not met. The Site and our products are not directed to anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

2. Cannabis Legal Notice

Green Therapeutics is licensed by the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (Cultivation License RC083; Production License RP055). Cannabis products are for use only by adults 21 and older and only within the State of Nevada in accordance with Nevada law. Cannabis remains illegal under U.S. federal law. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, transport, or deliver cannabis across state lines or in any jurisdiction where it is unlawful. The Site is informational and promotional; it is not a dispensary and does not sell cannabis directly to consumers. Wholesale and licensed-channel transactions are conducted only through appropriately licensed parties.

3. No Medical Claims

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical, health, or professional advice. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before using cannabis, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition.

4. GT Launchpad Events

GT Launchpad gatherings, pop-ups, previews, and related events (each, an “Event”) are offered by invitation and are restricted to adults 21+. Attendance is voluntary and may require you to present valid government-issued photo identification and to sign an event waiver and consent at the door. The terms of that waiver — including assumption of risk, release of liability, and photo/likeness release — are incorporated into these Terms by reference and apply to your Event attendance. We may refuse entry or remove any person at our discretion.

5. Marketing Communications & Text Messaging

If you opt in through a form or at an Event, you consent to receive marketing communications from GT, which may include email and recurring automated marketing text (SMS/MMS) messages at the contact information you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of attending any Event or of any purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Photo, Video & Likeness Release

By attending an Event or otherwise granting permission through a form or waiver, you grant GT the irrevocable right to capture and use photographs, video, audio, and your name and likeness taken in connection with the Event for GT’s marketing and promotional purposes, in any media now known or later developed, without compensation or further approval.

7. Forms & Information You Provide

You agree that information you submit through the Site is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including the Green Therapeutics, Tsunami, and Provisions names, logos, text, images, and designs — are owned by or licensed to GT and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party sites and services (for example, our wholesale menu or social media). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GT and its affiliates, owners, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the Site, your attendance at any Event, or your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GT and its affiliates, owners, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site, your attendance at an Event, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for disputes not subject to arbitration will be the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, with the “Last updated” date revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
