Cannabis concentrates, made in Las Vegas

Green Therapeutics makes Tsunami concentrates from one indoor garden in Las Vegas: live resin badder, sugar, diamonds and diamonds HTE, plus solventless rosin. Green Therapeutics has taken 32 judged awards at Nevada competitions since 2017, most of them for Tsunami concentrates. This page covers what each format is, how they differ, and where to buy them.

One garden, from plant to jar

Some concentrate brands source flower from other growers. Tsunami doesn’t. Every jar starts in our own indoor garden in Las Vegas, about 80 lights, all of it grown for extract. We stopped selling flower so the whole garden could serve the lab.

About half of the active cultivars are pheno-hunted here: we pop the seeds, grow out the phenotypes and keep the standout. The rest are clones from breeders we trust. Either way, we control the plant, the harvest, the cold storage and the extraction in one chain.

The team behind it came out of nuclear pharmaceutical manufacturing, compounding patient-specific medications under the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) oversight. We run the cannabis lab the same way. Every batch is lot-tracked and goes through Nevada-required lab testing before it leaves the building. Read the full story.

Live resin or rosin

Both start in the same garden. The difference is the step between plant and jar.

  • Live resin uses plants frozen the day they are harvested. A hydrocarbon solvent pulls the resin off the frozen plant in a closed-loop system, and the solvent is purged before the extract is finished. It gives us the widest range of textures. How we make live resin.
  • Rosin skips solvent completely. Heat and pressure separate the resin from the plant material. People who want a solventless product reach for it first.

Badder, sugar, diamonds or diamonds HTE

Texture tells you how the extract was finished, not how strong it is. Check the label for potency on any jar.

  • Badder is whipped while it sets, so it holds together and portions cleanly.
  • Sugar is left to crystallize, which gives it a wetter, grainier look.
  • Diamonds are THCa crystals ground to a fine powder.
  • Diamonds HTE pairs THCa diamonds with high-terpene extract, so you get the crystals and the aroma in one jar.

Questions about Tsunami cannabis concentrates

Who makes the best concentrates in Nevada?

Taste decides that, and judges have weighed in. Green Therapeutics has been named Best Extractor at the Jack Herer Cup (2017), the Patient Choice Awards (2018) and the Las Vegas Cannabis Awards (2022 and 2023), and Tsunami won Best Extract at the 2025 NuWu Cup.

What is the difference between live resin and distillate?

Distillate is refined until almost everything except cannabinoids is gone, and flavor is added back afterward. Live resin comes from fresh-frozen plants and keeps the aroma the plant had at harvest.

Is every batch lab-tested?

Yes. Every batch goes through Nevada-required testing at a state-licensed lab for potency, contaminants and residual solvents before it is released.

Can I buy directly from Green Therapeutics?

No. Green Therapeutics is a licensed cultivator and producer, and Nevada law requires retail sales to go through licensed dispensaries. Use Fresh Drops to find a store.

Does Tsunami sell flower?

No. The garden is grown for extract only.
